Orders
All orders are binding. In case of delivery delays you will be informed as quickly as possible via email. Titles which are temporarily out of stock will be earmarked for you.

Prices and Descriptions
Our CHF prices are recommended sales prices including the legally prescribed VAT. With the exception of deliveries to Germany and Austria (you may find the binding EURO price on our website) the prices are based on the recommended prices in CHF. The prices in effect are subject to change. We expressly reserve the right to implement price adjustments.
Prices, descriptions and publication dates are subject to change at any time.

Shipping Costs
The shipping costs are according to weight and are added on. With an order of CHF 100.- or more delivery within Switzerland is postage-free.

Delivery/Invoice
The invoice is in CHF. If the delivery address is different from that of the invoice, there will be no extra costs for you.

Within Switzerland:
By invoice (deadline for payment 30 days) or credit card payment VISA/EUROCARD (Saferpay)

Outside Switzerland:
Invoice rendered in advance or credit card payment VISA/EUROCARD (Saferpay)

In order to avoid unnecessary costs and delivery times we direct our foreign orders to our distributors in the country of delivery.

Import Costs
In the case of deliveries from Switzerland to addresses in other countries additional import costs may accrue (customs, VAT, handling costs). These vary according to local laws in the country of delivery as well as by the weight and value of the shipment.
Customs clearance and payment of taxes in the country of delivery for all shipments ordered from this website, is always a matter of the customer and recipient of the goods.

Delivery Time
Your order will be processed immediately. In the case of delays you will be informed. The delivery time is determined by the type of delivery and the delivery time of the title. Delivery times can not be guaranteed.

Within Switzerland: Normal post (3–5 days upon receipt of the order)
Outside Switzerland: Economy delivery

EXPRESS/Priority delivery by request
Charges are calculated by time and effort.

Reservation of Proprietary Rights
Until receipt of payment the goods remain the property of the publisher. In the case of late payment the publisher has the right to withdraw from the contract and to request return of the purchased goods.

Cancellation of Orders
Orders can be cancelled at any time. We will take back goods which have already been delivered in perfect, saleable condition within 14 days against a credit note. Please always give your invoice number and the reason for return. The return of the goods shall be done at the risk and expense of the customer.

Errors In Fulfilling Orders Or Production Defects
In the case of errors in fulfilling orders or production defects we will exchange the item in question for one in perfect condition.

Niggli Verlag has committed themselves to protect the privacy of all persons who use our website. No personal information regarding the user will be placed at the disposal of a third party.

Court of jurisdiction
The court of jurisdiction is Sulgen. The provisions of Swiss law apply, also when the order originates from outside Switzerland, or is delivered outside Switzerland.
